BDFM Programme Shortlisted For National Award

Black Diamond FM’s “Heart of the Matter” has been short listed for a national broadcasting award.

Their Easter Day programme was submitted to the Jerusalem Awards 2014 earlier this year and has been shortlisted in the Easter category against other stations including RNIB and BBC Radio 2.

The Jerusalem Awards is an annual award ceremony that promotes Christian involvement in broadcasting. Some of their past winners are known to a national audience while others are just starting out.

Four members of the team (Harvey and Helen Stalker/ Ruth and David Aird) will travel to BAFTA in London for the award ceremony on Wednesday.

Everyone at Black Diamond FM wishes them good luck on Wednesday and congratulates them on their well deserved nomination.

You can hear Heart Of The Matter every Sunday morning from 8am right here on 107.8FM and online.
