SOTW: Chic – I’ll Be There

After the success of Daft Punk’s ‘Get Lucky’ back in 2013 it seemed almost inevitable that disco groves would end up back in the chart. Since Nile Rodgers was instrumental in Get Lucky’s chart topping reign it seems only right that Chic are back in business with their new track ‘I’ll Be There’

‘I’ll Be There’ is the first track to be taken from ‘It’s About Time’ an album of previously unreleased and unfinished tracks by the group that were sent to Nile Rodgers in a box of tapes.
