Katy Perry has returned to the music scene with her smashing tune ‘Roar’.

Theirs no doubt about it, Katy Perry is one of the biggest pop artists at the moment. I can definitely see this record pushing Ellie Goulding’s ‘Burn’ aside in the UK chart.

The catchy chorus, “You’re gonna hear me roar-oh-oh-oh-oh”, is what makes me love this track more and more, every time I hear it. Listen out for the Lumineers-style “hey!”s, which surprisingly works well in this tune.
