Gordon and Carrie appointed as Patrons

We are delighted to appoint two of our volunteers, Gordon Clayton and Carrie Campbell, as patrons for their service to Midlothian Community Media Association and Black Diamond FM.

The pair were each presented with an award at this years Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 15 November 2022.

Steven Horsburgh, Chairman of Midlothian Community Media Association said “We wouldn’t be here without them, so thank you Gordon and Carrie”.

Gordon Clayton has been a member of the board at Midlothian Community Media Association since before Black Diamond FM began broadcasting over 15 years ago. He continues to present his Wednesday afternoon radio show.

Carrie was Treasurer since 2015 and has enormously guided the radio station to success. She steps down this year with Addie Thomson now appointed to the role.
