Douglas Kay visits Black Diamond's What's New in Music Show

Edinburgh singer/songwriter popped into the Black Diamond studio on Monday 13th May 2013 for a chat and to play some live tunes on the What's New in Music show.
We spoke about his music, his influences, his encounter with Eartha Kitt and his recent support slot with Men at Works Colin Hay at The Cave in Edinburgh.
Douglas played a couple of live tracks accompanied by his guitar and harmonica and I also played a couple of tracks from Douglas's new album Last Touch.

Douglas was also asked to pick a couple of songs that he liked from other artists and first up was Australian artist Paul Kelly and the brilliantly titled "How to make Gravy"

And the second was a song by the brilliantly named band My friend the Chocolate Cake with "I got a plan" both are great songs.

We had a good chat, good tunes were played and you can listen to the whole show here:
