Norm presents Night Moves on Sundays at 21:00 GMT on BDFM. Ably assisted by his Chief Engineer Bradley (who, strangely is rather quiet on air but is always a strong presence even in the background).
If you like your classical music on the quiet side, then this is the place to be. There’s a mix of music from the movies, x-over and even rock music thrown in (albeit, performed in a somewhat “different” manner).
Ever wondered how Moonlight Sonata would sound played with a banjo, cello and violin? Or Wicked Game sung in a Gregorian Chant style? You’ll find these and a whole lot more.
Don’t expect to hear the same pieces too often though and on the first Sunday of each month it’s The Full Monty (not THAT type of Full Monty) where a piece or two are played in full with no interruptions.
