Russell has actively taken part in sports to reporting regularly and commentating on many. He has built up a Sports team of reporters to support the programmes, who make it interesting, different and exciting.

Everyone has a story to tell and Russell enjoys talking to people to find out about their sport whether it is recorded, live on the phone, or in the studio. Music for Russell is wide range, which he enjoys listening to and playing on Black Diamond FM.
