Bridgit Mendler – Ready Or Not, Review

Disney star Bridgit Mendler is crossing over to music with her new single ‘Ready or Not.’

The single has been a massive hit in the US for the 19 year old and has already gone gold, selling half a million copies.

She performed last year in the US on the semi-final of the The X-Factor USA to an audience of 12 million people.

Plus the music video to accompany the song has captured over 20 million views.

Annoyingly ‘Ready or Not’ is a very catchy tune, so after listening to the track a number of times it starts to grow on you.

Lyrics isn’t a strong point in this record with verses such as: “I like your face, do you like my song?”.

We’ve already seen Carly Rae Jepson become a huge success in the UK with her catchy tune, however can Bridgit follow her steps into the chart?

The track is taken from the singer’s debut album ‘Hello My Name Is’ which will be released in the UK later this year.
