SOTW: Fenech-Soler – Magnetic

As Fenech-Soler get ready to unveil their second album ‘Rituals’ due out September 2nd, they have released their brand new single ‘Magnetic’.

I reviewed ‘Magnetic’ last month, and I’m very excited to see this as our Single of The Week. After sticking the record on repeat, I feel it sounds very similar to Foster The People, which shows Fenech-Soler are heading in the right direction (definitely not One Direction though).

Listening to the new single, I believe Fenech-Soler are going to be the next big British band to attack the UK chart.

The new track is definitely a festival anthem and shows the British band moving towards a pop direction which I hope to see more of in their up and coming album.

The guys are confirmed to perform at Reading, Leeds and a number of other festivals throughout the summer.

‘Magnetic’ is out now and is the first official single from the band’s second album, ‘Rituals’.
