SOTW: Lemar – The Letter

 

He’s probably fed up being branded a former ‘Fame Academy Contestant’….but he is. Lemar is back with a brand new single and album. The title track of his 6th studio album ‘The Letter’ is our new single of the week.

 

Recorded same studios in LA where Marvin Gaye made ‘Let’s Get It On’, his latest album is a blend of soul classics and new, original tracks. ‘The Letter’ is a great sounding track with a big brass section. It may not peak high in the charts but I love it.
