SOTW: London Grammar – Wasting My Young Years

British newcomers London Grammar are back with their new single ‘Wasting My Young Years’.

The first time I listened to this stunning track, the smooth but powerful vocals instantly reminded me of a mixture between Lana Del Rey and Florence Welch.

Having previously reviewed this record, I’m very excited to see this as our Single of the Week.

The trio have spent the last year working in the studio on their debut album and have just performed at Glastonbury. However, they are set to appear at festivals throughout this summer: Rockness, Secret Garden Party and Camp Bestival among many others.

They have recently announced a UK tour for October 2013, where they will be performing in city’s such as Glasgow and Newcastle (click HERE to view all dates).
