Derek Hall a former referee and part of the sports team here on 107.9 Black Diamond FM was asked to choose the Man of the Match after Haddington Athletics game on Saturday in the 1st Division Conference game against Herriot Watt University winning 4-2. Derek made his selection and named no10 Gabri Auriemma the top goal scorer for Haddington who capped a fine performance with a nice finish from the penalty spot, his 16th goal of the season.

In truly horrendous conditions with squally showers punctuating play and a gale blowing all afternoon, both Easthouses Lily and Harthill Royal take great credit from a King Cup tie which produced plenty of excitement and hung in the balance right to the end.
