With the junior football season coming to a close, there are still games to be played. Yesterday we had two of our Local 5 football teams playing, Penicuik Athletic and Newtongrange Star.

Penicuik Athletic away from home against Sauchie, went down to 10 men when Jordan Lister got sent off. The final score was Penicuik Athletic 2 Sauchie 4. (The 2 goals from Neil Jancyzk)

Hibernian v Rangers,
Rangers won in the first leg 2-0, yesterday Hibernian won the second leg 1-0, on aggregate Hibernian 1 Rangers 2, who now play against Motherwell.
