Yesterday, the hopes and dreams were shattered when Bonnyrigg Rose in front of a massive crowd of 1244 were defeated by Glanafton Athletic in the semi-final, second leg of the Scottish Junior Cup at New Dundas Park.
The first leg finished Glenafton 1 Bonnyrigg Rose 0, so Glenafton Athletic was already one goal up for the second leg on aggregate.
In the other semi-final Auchinleck Talbot beat Linlithgow Rose 1-0, their first leg was a non-score draw.
