Midlothian’s rising star Brooke Combe is back with her latest single, ‘This Town’! Fresh off winning the ‘Play Next’ award at last year’s Rolling Stone UK Awards, Brooke is gearing up to release her debut album, Dancing At The Edge Of The World, on January 31st.

A Reflection on Small-Town Life

Brooke’s latest track, ‘This Town’, offers a raw and honest look at her hometown. The music video—filmed right in Dalkeith and directed by Sam Crowston—captures the beauty and constraints of growing up in a small Scottish town.

“I wanted the video for ‘This Town’ to be as authentic as possible,” Brooke said of the video. “We ended up shooting it where I grew up, went to school and all the other fun things youngsters do growing up. It shows the charm of the town but also the lack of opportunities to do something different from the norm.”

Brooke’s soulful voice is hitting the road this spring! Her nine-date UK tour kicks off April 4th at Norwich Arts Centre and wraps up with a massive headline show at Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom on April 19th.
